Rosé sangria
Transform left-over wine into a refreshing rosé sangria with a fruity kick from the raspberry liqueur – elderflower or citrus liqueur would work just as well
Strawberries and elderflower work surprisingly well with tequila. But you could swap the strawberries for raspberries, if you prefer
Blitz the chopped strawberries in a blender to a smooth purée. Pass through a strainer to remove the seeds, if you like.
Muddle the oranges in a large jug using the end of a rolling pin, then add the strawberry purée, tequila, wine and elderflower liqueur. Chill for 1 hr to infuse.
Tip the sliced strawberries into the jug and top up with the lemonade, then gently stir to combine.
To serve, run an orange wedge around the rims of six tumblers. Scatter some Tajín onto a saucer and dip in the rims to coat. Fill the glasses with ice, then pour over the sangria and garnish with strawberry slices to serve.
