Guan Chua

Guan is a Malaysian-born, Le Cordon Bleu trained chef who splits his time between London and Kuala Lumpur. He has been hosting Supper Clubs specialising in Nyonya cuisine for over 13 years. He contested on The Taste, a TV cookery competition where he was mentored by the late Anthony Bourdain.
